A Government servant availing LTC and his family members can travel for different periods during a block of 2 years or 4 years, as the case may be. The concession so availed shall be calculated in respect of the block year of 2 years or 4 years within which the outward journey, even if the return journey is at the end of that block of 2 years or 4 years.
